I also love the Josephine thread. I look in everyday and see if there are new curry pics/ recipes on the home page. I go to the Josephine thread and see what everyone has been eating. Then look for any new posts.Any with the constant moaning and bit**ing get right on my nerves. BORING!

Curry, food, encouragement, tips, recipes, videos, sharing.....That's what I want :)

H4ppynaans for me have been hit and miss over the winter. The only real success came from microwaving to warm before cooking on the Tava.

Will give this recipe a go, Cheers :)

I use the Zaal base with 3.2kg of onions with a few tweaks of JB's base (40g creamed coconut block and some garlic tarka added before the blend ) Great results and feedback from all who(DEMAND) have my curry  :o

Every ones food looks delicious.We had Roast beef for tea. Had it as a small roast dinner :)





Homemade roasties, rare roast beef, veg, beef gravy, stuffing and pigs in blankets :)

I had left over lamb madras, chicken madras and a bit of garlic naan from last nights meal out :)

wow!! that all looks great!

Really makes me want to cook outdoors this summer. Sometimes after I have scrubbed the house I dont want all the strong curry smells but want the curry so a perfect solution.
