I watched that episode of delhi belly a couple of days ago, mouth watering  ;D

There is a BBQ on sale (nippon I think) that works as a normal bbq or you can pop a hood on it and it turns into a tandoor

I use leg of lamb and simmered for an hour and a quarter it is melt in the mouth

Me too, I simmer chicken in water with turmeric and salt for about 30 minutes, for lamb I simmer for about 75 minutes

Oh yes, I suggest you do a search and you will see it mentioned loads.

Ive used it as a great alternative to any curry powder for a hotter dish, Ive used it in place of restaurant masala (generic spice mix)

Ive found this in my local, vastly different results when the head chef has his night off

Whilst in my local open plan takeaway last wednesday I watched the chef make 5 dishes, every single one was set on fire multiple times during the cooking

My current fave is Kalia

Its either lamb or chicken tikka cooked in a thick hot spicy sauce with minced lamb and chillis
