Not sure where this recipe originated but its the one I always use for chilli fried rice

2 Tbs Veg oil
1 ts G/G paste
1/2 Small onion thinly sliced
3 Green finger chillies sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Mix Powder
1 ts Methi
1 Portion Pilau Rice (heat before adding)

Heat pan then add oil
Add g/g fry 30 seconds
Add onions fry 1 minute
Add chillies salt and methi fry gently till onions have slightly softened
Add mix powder and cook out spices
Add pre-heated rice and stir through

I was only going to have a naan with the curry, but  the mrs had some chinese takeaway chips left over

According to the www the instant pot sold out in most places over the Xmas period.
I have been considering getting myself a pressure cooker for some time now, what size is your pot Gav and where did you buy it from?
That curry looks lush by the way

I never use chemicals lc, I use companion planting . Inside my greenhouse are french marigolds and outside the greenhouse are nettles, the marigolds seem to keep aphids away and the nettles attract the aphids more than the chillies do.
For the young plants that get infected I wash off in water by turning the plant upside down and dunking in the water several times, this is done every 4 days or so until they are clear. Painstaking but effective.
