Has anyone else noticed that it's absolutely bustling in here? Is it just the time of year?

The forum seems busier than it has ever been which is great, might be down to the time of year as it seems to go quiet during the summer months.

Thanks for this telecaster, it's almost exactly the same base I was shown by a chef, the only difference being no madras curry powder!

Yeah I do BB, I even said to the other half I wonder if they have pinched the recipe from here.  I will have to go back for another at some point to see if it was a one off, funny though it had something about it that made it seem "homemade", not the smell but the taste definitely seemed familiar.

Has to be a Vindaloo or Madras for me, funny enough a new takeaway opened up a few days ago near me and I tried the Madras and I couldn't believe how similar it was to mine.

Has anyone managed to capture any of this so we can upload it somewhere for repeat viewings?

I have quite a busy period from yesterday, its 15 minutes long and around 42Mb though, no base action though.

Any chance you can upload it somewhere, rapidshare or similar?

Cheers

The jelly has come up before on here, Haldi I think it was who was shown it, IIRC it didn't actually do a lot.  As for the spiced oil that rings true with what I have been told by different chefs, they don't do it because of health and safety.
