Great idea 976bar regarding the chicken tikka stuffing .. I was toying with the idea of stuffing peppers with Dip's chicken tikka biriani with the curried veg or dhal as an accompaniment ... due to the lack of lamb mince here. Any ideas for a beef keema / peas stuffing ... I can get beef mince .. any help would be appreciated ... I like all of your recipes so please keep bangin' 'em out   ;)

Hi Stonecut and welcome to cr0 !,

Having spent 7 years in Detmold ( Nr. Hanover ) in the 80's I feel for you with regards curry houses ... that said there's nowhere does Bratwurst , Currywurst , Bockwurst , chips with mayo , Frikadelle ( spelling ?? ) and so-on quite like the Germans ... I love a good schnell- imbiss .. oh and the beer goes down well too .. a little too well on occasion as I recall !!      :)

Hi 976bar,

I'm in Slovakia where it seems the only meat is pork ... even beef is considered exotic , thank heavens for chicken breast !!!     :)
