Hi rozzi,  ;) a warm welcome back. A new life in OZ you lucky thing you. However, it does have its drawbacks, not many BIR`s just up the road I think. Looks like you have a good friend in the chef from Bolton. Look forward to hearing more from you, and maybe a picture or two of your results...... regards.....mike.  ;D

Hi ianrollo14,  ;) welcome to the family. Thats the second request for this curry. I am trying to track it down for another member on here. I think I have seen it in a book I borrowed from the library once. If I find it I will post it up. Happy cooking. Look forward to your input..  ;D

Spices / Dried Chili`s
September 09, 2007, 08:29 PM
Hi folks,  ;) On a recent trip to my local ASDA I noticed they have bags of dried crushed mixed red/green chili`s and I was wondering how they measure up to the fresh ones? Have any of you guys used any? Would you use the same amount (1tsp dried=1tsp fresh?) I normally chop fresh ones and store in a jar in the fridge for the following week, but if it is easier to use dried then I will give it a go.
