I agree MarkJ they always taste better a few hours later or the following day, I usually make mine in the morning to be eaten that night, there is a huge diference.

Contact Terry, (ifindforu)  he his going to start mailing small quantities to members of this forum if they want him to, I don't know what the cost will be but obviously the cost of the madras curry powder, his time and mailing costs will have to be taken into account.

Email him he is a very nice and down to earth guy.

I just put a little food colouring on the back of a teaspoon and flick it over the rice before I put it in the oven, this way it just adds a subtle colour to the rice.
