My local takeaway defo uses white cabbage. I have seen them leaving my store (Tesco) with it along with their 100 bags of value flour (for the naans)

Mine is a bit different but we love it.
2 red onions,
3 inch of cucumber,
1 tomato (deseeded)
(all chopped up small)

sugar/salt/pepper/ lemon juice all to taste
1 tsp mint sauce(Heaped)

Its delicious

Today I have made 4  chicken madras (1 mild, 1 normal, 2 extra hot) Pilau rice, naans, chicken Tikka, Shami kebabs, onion salad and salad in a bag lol.

Delivered my mum and dads so just have to cook tikka/ shami/ naans fresh for us lot later

Rob, he just calls it "Lamb kebab indian takeaway recipe" I think its mostly for Sheek kebabs?? but this site was down the other day so I just went with those .

It's H4ppychris's recipe from his Youtube Video. I made the Kashmiri massala paste to go in them too that he did a video for.

It's my mums birthday today (60th) and its her fave starter so I had to include them on her Friday night takeaway menu.

(I am shattered now though as I have been cooking for about 5 hrs :/

Phil, I think it's because a while  back I asked how you get them to show straight away instead of when you go on the post. Garp told me how but I forgot. lol.

I am going to post some more pics later so will give it a whirl. I appreciate all you guys' help
