A Chef's spoon is 3 tbsp 45/50ml  ;)




Think we have been through this before, all 3 of mine are 50ml when filled with water and poured into a measuring jug to test.

I think we have to be careful because these Serving (Chef's) spoons do vary a lot.

Didn't people initially have trouble with C2G's recipes because of this.

1 Chicken Dhansak - well always was, but very rarely eat out these days.

2 Butter Chicken - The family favourite, but cooked a little hotter than recipe states, more fresh chilli and some Kashmiri Mirch added.

Same, copy and paste into a MS Word doc.

Easy to make changes to, if you tweek them to your own taste.

I then print out my favs and put them in a folder (with plastic inserts), for using when cooking.

Hi guys and gals, bit of advice needed if possible.

Some of my plants (the Fresnos), at only about 5" tall, and still in small pots, have started to form flower buds at the top already.

Should I pinch the buds off, to encourage more growth (roots branches etc.) at this early stage? :-\
