Anyone catch what went in 1st from the spice deck, after the onions/chicken were done?

Hi

That was a tiny dip of Methi leaves.

WOW  :o  ;D

What a superb video slide show.

Recognise so many pictures including a few of my own, some of Razors, CA, Ramerez's tikka masalas just to mention a few - excellent work!

Does make you realise just how tremendously well we are actually doing at producing BIR dishes as a whole these days :)

Hi Rich

Superb post there! the gravy pre-blend with the deep rich colour oil on the top looks fantastic. (Not saying that any of the other pictures don't look great too btw ;) )

The chickens that you boil in / for the stock - do you then used / treat the meat as pre-cooked and use it in your curries?

Edit: My stupid - you wrote 'chicken carcases' not whole chickens....

Thanks

In fact, as soon as finances allow, I think I'll be doing that very thing.

@SD

Many thanks for a superb response. Agree, will probably do what you are planning too!

Thanks again :)

Regards

@Frank

Interesting shape your iron skillet? do you cook breads on that?

Cheers

Hi SD

Was just thinking about ordering this version too. I believe you have now had a chance to use it. Do you think it is the right tool for the job?

Did you have paint issues and have to implement the solution as kindly suggested by DalPuri?

Thanks

Great videos CT.

Thinking back a few years and remembering how dreadfully slow things were with dial up modems...

Now most of us click on that link and have a massive good quality video to watch almost immediately in a browser window - its just fantastic :)
