Again, be carefull with the amount of mace from me.
At first I thought it was the Cassia Bark that was overpowering in the kushi recipe, but now know its the mace.

I have only ever cooked fish Mani Tikka Lasooni and used a mix of:
Turmeric
crushed sea salt
ground black pepper
Garam Massala
Chili powder
Curds
Garlic
Sunflower Oil
mixed all ingredients and pasted the marinade over the fish (and in to diagonal cuts in the fish) and left overnight.

Oven baked in a clay pot for 20-30 mins

For a curry of this size (feeds 4-5 of us) I use 50g of creamed coconut

I always use cream coconut block in my CTM's, it thickens up the sauce nicely and add the right flavour.
