Hi UF

Great effort. That looks perfect to me.

I agree with you, Saag Bhaji is such a delicious and relatively simple dish to make. Been making it a lot myself since the Zaal lessons too.

Hi UF

Would you mind terribly posting a link or a picture of said pan please?

Am in the market for such a thing myself.

Was looking for something identical or as close as possible to the type we saw and that appeared in the Zaal Saag Bhaji video.

Something like this: http://www.easy-equipment.com/black-iron-omelette-pan-26cm-10-tubular-handle/

Thanks UF

Hi emin-j

Would you mind entertaining a quick query regarding what you saw in your favourite TA kitchen please?

Would you consider it possible that even though there were no apparent flames during the cooking of your curry(s) and that although the chef appeared to be quite relaxed / slow boating during the cooking process - that actually the stove he was using could have still been producing quite high heat? rather than just ticking over gently? and that he is so experienced about what he is doing he knows on instinct that he can just complete the required steps that the optimum moment....

Or phrased slightly shorter and from a different angle - do you in your opinion think he produced a perfect BIR curry on a really low heat setting like any home cooker could produce and he cooked it slowly?

Thanks!

Hi

I would imaging that you (likely unknowingly) added a forum member into your own 'buddy' / 'Friend' list.

Click on Profile / Summary / Buddies/Ignore List and you can see who you added.

Hi

Under the SMF it is possible to add other users to your own 'Buddy List'.

You would need to click into your own forum profile to see who you may have added!

Hi Everyone

Please note, that I am in no way affiliated with this company.

Just wanted to recommend this place to you all: http://www.donaldrussell.com/

Been more than happy with everything I have ever bought from them. They often have very good value offers on too.

* If and when you buy something from them, please consider their mini steak burgers and grand steak burgers, they are absolutely delicious  :P

Hi Mark & Everyone

It is really nice to hear that you are enjoying the videos and getting benefit from them :)

There is some more content on film, unfortunately its mainly bits and pieces without a real beginning or end, such as parts of making the base gravy, red sauce, tikka and things like that.

I will try and upload this pick and mix compilation in the next few days, but everyone needs to remember that a lot of it won't be complete scenes, but maybe a few tips and tricks can be picked up from it?

Cheers
