I cannot compete with that I'm afraid. I'm having a scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with a steaming hot mug of tea. Yum.

After that, I'll be knocking up some more base.  ;D

What base are you using Bob?

I would use water to thin the base, but as you say, that may not be necessary if you're simply overcooking. It's important to remember that the base should be quick bland, but reasonably tasty with a soup-like consistency.

I'm also keen to see the results.

To be honest 976bar, and I know this doesn't really help much in your quest for a good fish curry recipe, if I was in your position I would stick to what I normally use in curries (for me that is chicken almost exclusively) and get my fresh fish (and Omega-3) from other meals. If that means giving up some of your curry intake, then so be it - as after all, nothing is more important than your health.

It's like combining Rice Pudding with Peanut butter sandwiches :)

I'd give that a go!  ;) ;D

I tried this last night, after cooking the tikka for the Saturday night curry, and it was rather nice. Not sure I would have it regularly because, to be honest, there is no need to add anything to the wonderful taste of tikka. It was nice in the same way that most things with melted cheese are nice - this was no exception. :)

I think it looks nice. Thanks chewy.

You can never go wrong with melted cheese, so I am keen to try this. Although I am somewhat dubious of how the two will go together!

Nice one Stew - much appreciated!  :D I'm sure everyone appreciates your efforts. Thanks for the email address. Hopefully with the upgrade we shouldn't need to use it.  ;D

Any news from Stew on what the problem was? Not sure about anyone else, but I am getting a lot of 505 errors - sometimes have to retry 3 - 4 times before a getting a successful response.
