Your curries alway look great - these are no exception! I'm interested in the term, 'Baltified'. Was it just that you cooked them in balti pans or was there some additional ingredients not used in your normal curries?

Don't know, mate - I've never bought garlic pickle! But this particular recipe has a very moreish combination of caramel-like sweetness balancing out a good chilli heat and, of course, a huge garlic hit. It worked very well in jb's recipe.

I used Greek yoghurt in place of the "Thick curd" in the written recipe for the Malai Tikka. It worked well.
