I haven't tried this yet, is it a BIR thing, its just all of the vids I've seen seem to use veg or sunflower oil.

Hi
I'm fairly new to forums so have been hiding in the background for quite a while.
Thought it was time to say Hi, hope to try some of the great looking recipes on the site- Just building up the confidence to dive in.
