Bob - 2 eggs is the way to go for light Yorkshires and even a mix of milk and water -
If you like stodgy Yorkies 4 eggs -
Agreed eye balling the mix and it makes great pancakes

Heres mine which is on my pork dinner post
140g all purpose flour
200 ml milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper -
Flour in a bowl - crack in eggs and whisk up until smooth batter - add milk gradually whilst whisking up until smooth batter. - ready......
Heat some tins in an oven at 220 degrees - put a little oil in put back in oven and heat the oil - then pour put the batter into the tins they will sizzle - put straight back in the oven and do not open oven door for about 15 / 20 mins depending on your oven.
Up the puds rise

I did say i had read it quickly and saw you were just frying the leaves - carry on to your hearts content - I Do Not slur anyone - not worth the time or effort and this reply is more than i would normally but you if have read my reply - you would have seen that - and to be honest it wasn't rudeness - is there an axe to grind for some reason? - if so you pick the wrong guy - I DO NOT CARE ! and please ignore my posts as well as Sverige's, you will be able to read through the posts an awful lot quicker.

I quickly read your ingredient list and saw the oil - which now that you have brought it to my attention yet again - i see you are just frying the leaves - prior to adding the whole list of other ingredients to make curry leaf powder.
I will make up some in the next week to give it a go - it looks like a good list for samosa's
