I've just watched the Vahchef, been watching him on and off for years, cracks me up and has me in stitches.
He genuinely is into his food.
I'm thinking of starting to try and do a veg curry of some sort
Now seeing the only vegetable I can really cook is a chip this is going to be a challenge. The Vahchef can certainly can sell food verbally. I've got six okras in the kitchen and was flummoxed as what to do with them.
If anyone has a suggestions for a veg curry I would appreciate it, there is so much informantion on here it would be a task to pick one out.

Through reading a recent post I have seen her name mentioned.
I see she has a base adapted for pressure cooking...

Hi CHH,
I understand your enthusiasm and speaking for myself I wanted to do every curry this site had a photo of when I first joined it.
I hope you understand the importance of the base gravy in these dishes.
I would first get one of those under your belt before getting too out of depth.
Then you can chill out knowing that you have the foundations at your fingertips (well, in the freezer).
I have tried the two on here... "Cory Anders" and  "Chewy Tikkas".

There are many on here and I would hazard a guess that they are worthy of a go at.
At this minute I find a Madras a pretty straight forward recipe.

Tell me about it.
A few years back I was waiting for my order in the local Chinese when I tried to make conversation with the pretty young girl who took the orders etc.
Her English wasn't too good and all I was trying to say was that seeing the shop had been in the same families hands for years it was strange that all of a sudden the staff just seemed passing through and was she family etc?

She was just smiling at me repeating "I love Leather" and she seemed oblivious of what she was saying?

The devil in my mind was saying "life don't get much better than this" but I collected my chow mien and left. :(
I till this day tell my mates that I'm convinced the T/A was involved with a bit of people trafficking? :-\

In one of yesterdays posts 976 bar referred to a "garlic chili chicken Masala", would this "garlic chili chicken" in this post be the recipe he was talking of?

Also just to confuse matters, Unclebucks garlic chili chicken was made from what i can see with Panpots  base of which I would like to make.
I got to page 3 of 26 and was wondering if anybody could point me to the final take on this as by the time I have read all the posts my head is spinning.
Was there an amendment to the first post here?
