Hi Sverige

Im playing with paneer too, love tikka paneer, it takes the marinade soo well and goes crunchy under the grill but still soft inside. Cant wait to use in a real curry.

I too use that gm and it is top notch, and very fragrant! The posty enjoyed delivering it too as he was a curry head  :D

Hi CH marinated for 24 hrs using Blades recipe, only difference was it was Pasco paste not Pataks as I like that and Laziza better than Pataks

Always fancied trying paneer so opted for paneer tikka a la Blade style. All with some lemon, chaat masala and yoghurt (shop bought  :-\ ) in a wrap with salad and onions. A definite winner, another good use of Blades marinade  :)

I prefer vindaloo with vinegar as the souring flavour and lemon dressing or juice as the madras souring agent

For Pizza I can thoroughly recommend this guy, Jim Lahey,  and his no knead dough and his book called My Pizza. I found the book on the usual sites and it is very good!
