If your on a pc then click on the blue writing at the top of the post that contains the recipe. Hit Ctrl + d and rename it and save it in your favourites. You could create a new folder in your favourites and save it in there.

I think you need a really heavy bottomed pot to do this

If your on gas and can't get it low enough hence the sticking to the bottom, get one of these
