As much as tasting authentic street food appeals, its really not a wise move if your not from the country, what with whe waterbourne bugs, they can make you really ill.

And Delhi isn't all like the video, I was there in february.

A street seller of oranges, cows and monkeys ;)

Anyone else totally FED UP with the constant bickering/baiting...

C'mon everybody...let's ALL pull in the one direction

Let's all come together and try our best to achieve good BIR fare

(just noticed that there are a couple of musical themes in the above....sorry...)

+1

We don't get this over at our Homebrew forum (and that has beer & drunk people)

Time people here stopped the willy waving, 'I know better than you' posts and contributed to the forum in a pleasant & sensible manner.

I have never been a fan of chemicals being used in grow rooms.
Make sure the plants get a week or 3 flushed with water and no food before harvesting to rinse out the chemicals.

When I grew "sage" it was all organic.... can't see why you dont do the same with your set up, you can achieve the same yeild.

It appears that this has become a personal battle between people, influenced by other threads, rather than a debate about if Chris & his recipes deliver.

I have followed a couple of Chris's recipes to the letter and I'm a better chef for it.

Whilst I agree there has been some nonsense and unecessary threads, the truth is in the cooking and until we have all cooked a dish from Chris's recipes were in no place to comment if he's the new curry messiah or bleating crap.

The Moderaters need to tighten their grip and nip these personal battles in the bud when they occur to maintain the focus of what this forum is all about.

I'll dismiss anything thats not contributing to the goal of this forum without getting in to battle, but please give everyone a fair chance unless proven otherwise BS.

Morrisons Saag Aloo & Bombay potato are acceptable and enjoyed in this household, but i'm yet to try and make those dishes myself.
I'm sure once I have tried a few times I wouldnt buy another based upon my success so far.
