Nice one, let us know how it goes although past experience tells me not to hold my breath.? At least this way if it is a load of crap you can tell us all in advance and save us buying it? ;)

I also thought that you couldn't really copyright recipes due to the fact that you can rewrite them with a couple of ingredients changed slightly, not exactly reproducing the whole book anyway.

Have a look here:

Under pots and pans they have some similar to the ones I have but not sure how good they are.

Hi Jon,

I personaly use this one:
https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=179.0

This one is here is also very good:
https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=3.0

But you could try any of the gravy recipes on there that don't add chili, most of them are very similar with only slight additions or spice variations.? Best thing to do is try a couple and find one you prefer as I don't think there is one "correct" gravy recipe, like the restaurants they vary from chef to chef.

Cheers

I can taste fresh chili in a curry if its been pureed or chopped to mush as I do it myself now and again, Ive never had fresh chili in a BIR vindaloo or madras unless I asked for it.  Ive not tried a liquid chili sauce in a curry though so thats possible but I would assume that it tastes like fresh chili?
