Rob, if I get a divorce will you marry me? That looks fantastic.

I always strip out the DRM from amazon stuff as it doesn't work on my Kobo otherwise. I mainly use Calibre on my desktop as it arranges my books and uploads them to my Kobo.

Although I hate to say it, Delia Smith.  Last week I did a double batch of her Paella in a wok and it came out spanking. I've done it a few times before and it always gets the thumbs up. I quite like Gordon Ramsays recipes as they are usually simple but have had mixed results.

F$%* me Rob, its like curry nirvana in your house. Looks lush. Any chance I can move in?  :)

Also any chance of the recipe as I'd love to try that at work. The missus refuses to try anything with spinach in.

As per usual it looks great. I made Vindaloo last night again although I can't have it full flame but its still becoming one of my favourites. Looking forward to your Shashlik.

CA's recipe's usually start by cooking the chicken. I've done a few of his and always cook the chicken from fresh and find the results spot on. I usually simmer the dish at the end whilst sorting out rice, nans etc to ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

May follow that with an Ex hot beef vindaloo served over a layer of potato straws, or perhaps chips (will depend on the number of Cobras left).

Rob  :)

I never thought I would ever see a recipe with chipsticks but one of my Indian cook books has a West Indian dish of Baked Eggs on Chipsticks.
