Cheers Guys! I have still been making them Garp, every weekend since Feb with one weekend off (last week) as I was poorly.

Proper knackered me out today though! Haven't eaten my portion of North Indian special but it tasted really nice. Probs won't use as much salt next time though as the Tandoori Massala (Rajah) is quite salty.

So today I have done about 5 hrs cooking (and cleaning up my own mess). 4 curries, pilau rice, tikka, shami, happy naan, dips for poppadoms and salad.
Curries were 3 heat levels of Chicken Madras and A North Indian special (from Andy Rhodes' e-book)
Here a few pics of a few portions.I fed 8 tonight with enough to feed 4 more tomorrow :)

Great reviews from the family. Hubby normally says his (mild) madras is too hot, tonight, spot on! The scotch bonnet test was a success, very hot, even had a bit of snap crackle and pop on the tongue.
Sorry n pics of the rest, I was getting tired and forgot,
Lou :)

That all looks amazing.  :o
I am sure you were pretty knackered during/ after. I know I am when I do all my weekend curries hence the energy drink!
I noticed you use the ginger paste from home bargains, I do too along with their garlic paste as well. Its handy and pretty cheap too.

Can't wait to see your next efforts:)

Update on the no sugar H4ppy naan's.....
I didn't have any caster sugar to sneak into the mix so I just finished them as usual and hoped for the best.
verdict= Not as soft and pliable as my usual dough but they were defo worth saving and with some garlic butter on them later with tea I am pretty sure that they will still be batter than any shop bought crappy naan's
:)
