Like Les said .. I'd put those spices away in a dark cupboard and since I happen to know you very well I can safely say you can afford a few spices now and again ... it's just the spending bit you find difficult yer tight g*t   ;)  ...... I can only assume the book and stand were a gift   :)

Nice Staropramen bottle by the way ... on special offer in Tesco's Bratislava at the moment for 49 cents a tin   ;)

I'm sure you'll soon be knocking up authentic BIR curries in France ... just follow the great advice here.

I'd love to see your naan recipe since I've never managed to make a decent one .. please post in the bread section and I'll give it a whirl.     :)
