I can confirm the butchers next to my indian TA sell all there chicken wings to them, but they are not on the menu!! So it's got to be a form of chicken stock they are producing here using wings.

Could it be that a member of the staff takes them home as a free meal but payed for by the take away and not used
My butcher supplies fillet steak to a Bir he gets free currys the steak is not on any menus

But I learned the hard way If you do eat it and have food poisoning you can not cry that you have not been warned

An easy way is to use a small chip pan saucepan with a basket or a smaller pan and tongs

Be very wary of River cobbler its passed off by chippies in the uk as Cod
It also has caused a lot of food poisoning I know from experience

I reckon its the same garlic powder as we buy different packaging that's all My chickens love it. It  neutralises their stinks ;D
