Just wrote a large posting, went to post it and i was logged out. So quickly, I made Keema Aloo avec peas tonight washed down with 2 bottles of Sainsburys Shiraz. Photos are in the pan and on the plate.

Its a bit of a dilemma Goncarlo as i have a few Sabatiers but my 2 biggest knives are Victorinox and for me they are great. Buff up on the steel superb and cut through nearly everything I've tried them on. Decisions decisions.

As for the board i nearly bought the Raspberry Pi till I saw that one. It's hopefully going to form the backbone of the multimedia/ navigation computer of my new boat next year as a project. Fingers crossed

I wouldn't worry as they have now had their account teminated by Youtube for 3rd party copyright infringements.

That does look lush and something I'll have to have ago at. The missus regularly does keema aloo (avec peas and with beef mince) and I love it. Mince and tatties with peas indian style

If you figure out the real format these were created with then you might be able to export them to a video format.

They are panoramic photos for which i don't know much abaout. If you change the extension to .swf they'll open in adobe flash player. Just need a program to rotate them
