Hi CurryKraut,
Welcome to the family. Some of the base recipes on here do give off a bit of a pong and tend to linger for a day or so. Maybe if you pick one you really fancy having a go at you could ask those who have done it how bad it smells. If all else fails throw open your windows and wait for all the homesick ex-pats to come a knocking
. all the best....mike

British Indian Restaurant Recipe Requests / Re: Quick curry recipe

Hi unclebuck,
now I know the one you mean. I have done this one prior to finding this forum. It was a firm favourite of the family for a while. No base sauce required, just onions/chicken and a few spices. mmmmmmm If you do it, any chance you can take a picture of it for old times sake...regards.. mike ;D

Hi Paul,
welcome to the family. It`s all here my friend, what ever takes your fancy. With all the help you need at the end of your finger tips ( or tip in my case(one finger typer)). What sort of stuff have you been doing prior to joining the team?? ...regards...mike. ;D

Hi unclebuck,
I suppose it depends on how quick you want it. Darth`s is a good Madras (once you have taken the time to do the base). I think that goes for a lot of recipes on here, once the base is done the actual meal only takes a few minutes.... regards.. mike ;D
