Just watched the video ( and then many others  :o) looked great but not sure of the amount and types of powders etc that he used. Think I will just have to experiment.

CTM is not my go to curry either but that has a great colour and the chicken looks really tasty. I would defo eat it :)

It was Garp, there were 2 portions of Scotch bonnet test (one for me, one for dad) had that for tea (was deliciously hot) but  couldnt fit in the special tonight after poppadoms, chutneys and a tikka/ salad starter :/
Hubby is taking me on a date night tomorrow, local Italian ( they better have something spicy, lol) Special leftovers will be Sunday tea. If they have survived the teenagers till then!
