Welcome mate

there are many on here but this one is comprehensive and well explained, as like many others on here too. you can click on BIR main dishes on the home page and then take your pick of recipe catagories that interest you

but give this one a go if you like

It has been ages since I have posted any Pics.

On saturday i held a small curry fest for friends and family to celebrate Mrs moonys Birthday, sixteen in total.

We had a great night which was enjoyed by all and the food in particular recieved rave reviews.

I had a busy day but it was well worth it to see Mrs Moony enjoy her day.

Menu

Starters

Poppadoms and pickle tray
Chicken Tikka and Salad
Meat Samosas (Inspired by Razors recipe)

Main Meal

Beef Jalfrezi (Razors recipe and the Taz  base)
Beef Ceylon (Abduls recipe with a tablespoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and Chewys base)
Chicken Ceylon (Abduls recipe with a tablespoon of Kasmiri chilli powder and Chewys base)
Chicken Rogan Josh (Razors recipe and Chewys base)
Garlic and chilli naans
Pilaou rice

Personally I would like to thank all the contributors to CRO, because without the feedback, recipes and the sharing of all your experiances there is no way i would have ever cooked such excellent BIR.

Hope you enjoy the pics

I've found marinading but not pre-cooking, just cooking from raw within the final curry gives a much better texture, tender and juicy chicken instead of dry and overcooked as per standard BIR fare.

Ps welcome to the forum!  :D

i couldnt agree more
