Hi all

Has anyone a recipe for achari ghost i no its got jalapeno peppers it says pickled spices not sure what this would be and it had fresh tomato, if anyone knows where i can find a recipe or has a recipe i would be very gratefull

I used unklebucks recipe this time there is one adapted by stephan lyndsay that adds pre cooked onions and peppers and a bit of sugar which i will do next time to add some body to the dish but both use same recipe otherwise.

Hi all

Well having got up at 6 this morning to take missus to work i couldn't get back to sleep so i thought i'd have another look at the specials board to try a new dish and decided on garlic chilli chicken and i'm glad i did lovely dish i took some pics again to try to get others to try the dish they are not the best quality but ill post them anyway

Tasted fantastic and the aftermath the next day wasn't as bad as i thought just the one time i felt like curling up on the bathroom floor but not to bad but it is definitely at the limit of my chilli tolerance

Thats the one terram like i said the final cut of the recipe is about 8 pages in after CH tweaked his original recipe

I started with your taylor down version then decided to go for the full strength version and i love it the only problem is with the fresh chilli in the curry and on the naan think i have had about 15 fresh and a table spoon of chilli powder so i am saying a prayer for my arse hole at the moment not looking forward to tomorrow
