Of course I don't object, my friend.
But I assume I am allowed the right to reply?
Good.

Whilst being aware of the intent of the original post (it was obvious that it wasn't a finished dish in the post) I would still bin it.
You didn't stipulate that only fish-eaters should reply either; 'all suggestions welcome' I think was the phrase used, and suggestions were offered but obviously not welcomed![]()
Garp... the original post still says that: nothing has been stipulated. This is not East Germany, after all. I just don't personally see the point in commenting on a particular food if you don't eat the thing; it kind of stops any discussion before its started, that's all.
You don't like fish, so you would bin it. Fair enough.

Err I don't think of it as a pre-cook. It is a pre-cook! Reckon it'll become a fish madras. Chilli = cancelling out all that 'orrible fishiness

I've just realised that I gave the thread a crap title- the confusion has come about because if this was a curry it should be slung on the wall. Dead right. But I meant, the fish was pre-cooked in those ingredients, this IS only the precooked fish, and advice about the curry ITSELF (i.e., later) was welcome (from people who actuallty eat fish of course :p
). See what I mean? That's why it looks bilious (at the mo, anyway)!
Emergency destruction of good gear averted- right, carry on.

I'm sorry, but I REALLY think that "testers" should not assess their own recipes in these tests (Chris)![]()
Got to agree with this 100%
For what it's worth, Chris's own vote boosted the result for his bhaji by 6.75%... :-X I'll get me coat.

Scallops, prawns, cod, smoked cod, and salmon (basically one of them fish pie boxes), slow cooked in gravy, touch of black / white pepper, lemon, coriander, smidgin of mix. It's looking slightly bilious atm, excuse being phone is knackered and switches OFF if I use the flash. So I don't.
No idea what's going to happen to it eventually- We're through the looking glass, people!
PS- all suggestions welcome as ever! Cheers. Happy Friday!
