Hello Edwin Yes I diluted mine down nothing wrong with it really its just strong flavoured compared to some of the home made version it's not versatile enough to be used for Ceylon, chicken masala korma Ceylon type dishes and for that reason I will continue to stick to my favourite Zals base recipe but a least I was willing to try it

I've just made a madras with this I would compare the taste similar to using pataks commercial mild curry paste but slightly sweeter it's quite an acceptable taste but I would only advise using this for the stronger tasting curries

The second photo is of the base gravy when removed from the packet and not the cooked madras

Here is my Chicken Tikka Shashlik including red,yellow and green peppers and red onions for extra colour,topped with coriander and a wedge of lime,on this occasion I have cut my Tikka into slices as opposed to chunks. I got the sizzler out of the cupboard for the first time in ages & managed to get a nice head of steam when sizzling . I served with some home made mint yogurt  for dinner,it's my day off work so the family came round . My wife,daughter & granddaughter all enjoyed it !

Hi chewy I've only recently been using spinage and like I said I have the frozen stuff but not whole leaves type more like a compressed type will now try the fresh stuff cheers mate

You've beaten me to this one lovitspicy I've already made this twice but I used razors kebab mixture instead it's a great idea
