I agree with you entirely ... if I was served that in most restaurants I'd be happy , the sauce has a wonderful consistency by the looks of it and a great colour too .. I'm already looking forward to the recipe so please share !!!
I tried this yesterday evening and it worked exactly as in the video ... the best chapatis I've made for sure .. I didn't have a 'fluffer' so I used the wire rack from the oven as suggested ... perfect !!!
Those Puris look great ... what do they taste like ? .. having never tried one I was wondering if they may be a bit 'dough-nutty' ... how would you describe them please ?.
