Hi all,
We've been going out to restaurants for the last 5/6 weeks. It's been quite nice although I still maintain that my curries on the whole are better that bir's. There's no consistency with them. When I make a dish it comes out the same all of the time. Obviously it's a combination of different chefs cooking and different restaurants. CQ

Thats a point George! I have been too busy wondering where Pete is to consider others. You know, I think somewhere along the way they may have been upset, unless of course, they are both on world cruises and eating copious amounts of curry every night washed down with a lager! CQ

Pete where are you? We are all missing your input into the forum! Things seem to have turned for the worse with sciences coming into the equation with some people, when all we need is normal and very grateful observations as you have done in restaurants. I don't think that most of us want to know about the sciences of salt etc! We just need people to come back on this forum and return to what it was before sciences took over! Where are you? Come back!
