Thanks SnS. Just making this now. It smells yummy!

Lamb bhuna on the menu tonight!  ;)

This has been on my menu for the last few weekends now!

Absolutely gorgeous flavour.

However....

I've tried it with

a. Pataks Tandoori paste

b. Pataks Tikka paste

c. Pataks Balti paste

The balti paste was the absolute hands-down winner for taste and flavour.

Just my two penny worth.

Cheers Jerry.
Last night was a complete success.

SnS's base is yummy. So much so that I can't resist knocking something else up tonight  :)

The choice on here is unbelieveable. My only problem now is what to do now!  :P

I'm knocking this up tonight using Sns's curry sauce, George.

Many thanks

Hello.

I'm new (today) and got this very sauce cooking on the hob as we speak.

Thanks to you all (especially SnS).

Incidentally I'm knocking up George's korma with it.

Here's hoping it goes well....

Mick.

I've had a lot of 'errors' in the past let me tell you.

Anyway. SnS's sauce is on the hob now. Looking good so far.

Time to start cooking the lamb soon......

.....and crack open a beer and listen to a new album I just had delivered by Maximo Park!

Cheers Jerry.

That's good to know Jerry and thanks.

Well I've done a lot of research this morning and I'm gonna kick off with SnS's base sauce and make George's Korma with it.

Don't particulary like Korma myself but my wife does and I want to emulate my local takeaway's (which is very good). Wish me luck  :)

My name's Mick and I live near Oxford.

I bought 'The curry secret' a few weeks ago and have just used the last of my curry sauce up so have been looking on ways to improve it (as I knew it was possible)

I can't believe the info on hand here, trying not to get too excited at the moment  :P

I'm going to pick one of the sauces to do this afternoon and I'm really looking forward to it.

As a side note 'Deadman' is the name I use on most of the other sites I frequent and I registered with it as a force of habit...the name of my favourite Pearl Jam song as it goes...

Cheers.

Mick.
