Hello All,
Just found this superb place, and can't wait to dive into some real "home cooking".
By way of introduction, I left Wales 12 years ago in a move to australia, (the wife is an aussie), have have been desperately searching for that BIR curry taste, that is sadly so missing over here.
Looks like I've found the mother lode!
Hope I can learn and contribute to this excellent family.
