I made this curry and couldnt beleive that I had! , it tasted so good. this will be one of my favs i think. so thank your the recipe and for the mouthwatering pics.

my local shop sells really good fresh herbs ect. i bought chillies and on their advice blended with garlic to add to dishes as reqd. not sure how long this will stay fresh. in screwtop jar, in fridge. can anyone give me a guideline please.used as an extra on top of chillies in recipe to add a dash of hotness depending on taste.
hope you can help, but sure someone will. x :)

hi .
i have made a batch of this base sauce, how dark should it end up?. tastes good but really really dark. does that sound okay?. it was lighter when first  made but has got darker in pot

hi, thanks to all of you for the brill advice. i love this site so much. my request is for a dedicated bhoona recipe prefferably lamb. with if poss a quide to which base sauce is best to use. i am lucky to have a shop close by which sells fresh ingredients and also gives a little help if they can, but they lean away from bir recipes.

hi, i made your base sauce and it was a big hit with the family ;D. i had only used tom sauce once before in a recipe but it was only a couple of tb spoons. thank you for the recipe :)

what a great site. i enjoy cooking , like to xperiment,really enjoy making curries. i have an old base curry recipe which i have been using but am stunned at whats on offer here. my husband likes bir curries so i am trying onions base tonight tho it took all my time to decide which one. the pics won me over. i am hoping to try the chicken patia recipie which i found. anyway i look forward to using and sharing the forum. thank you :)
