Mad as a box of frogs should of been my catch line. I will fit in no doubt, I love Spicy food and a passion to cook and get it right! I also love my land rover, is that wrong? No :)

Not sure why peeps get so  annoyed with each other? Life is far to short, but guess I'm blowing one in the wind on this score! Ok I started a Mexican American restaurant in Liverpool way back when nobody knew what it all was about! I was involved with lavender in my fajitas and blackened  steak! My secret ingredient.
Now different personal likes, and I always believe we move the movement of food on :)

Dare I say it's sounding like the the dreadful book 50 shades of grey? Lol I'm loving this site, it is fraught with spicy fights, isn't that what a spicy site should be?

Good quality meat is not available in supermarkets, even when they say "it's the best"
They are not in it for the quality or taste , just the profit! I am new on here with your wonderful insight into curries and especially our wonderful BIR curries. I owned a restaurant for many years, a bloody hard job. I know quality from quantity so not new on that score, I know what I love and like and love your spices but live my raw ingredients ;-)
Oh and just so you understand I live on a farm, but I'm not the farmer :) he lives next door!
