Its been a while since iv posted on here and to tell you the truth i dont seem to have as much time as i used now that we have a puppy, honestly iv never done so much walking!
But last night i took the last batch of the Taz base i had in the freezer and made a keema curry.
This is the first time iv tried this recipe but it was lovely

Still new to making BIR curries and an only used the Taz base (up to yet), iv got to try this one

Not that i'v tried it myself, but i do remember "Nigella" using an ice cube tray, she chopped the herbs in question and put them in each ice cube mould then topped them up with water, this way you can take as many or as little of the cryogenically suspended buggers as you need.
Obviously they wont be any use as a garnish but for cooking with it sounds ok

it was really good, this is only the second time iv tried cooking a curry from a base and i wanted to recreate my previous effort and make sure it wasnt a fluke!
it did turn out really good, we used blades recipe for the chicken tikka which was excellent

P.s. glad i made someone chuckle!..lol

It is the Taz Base made on the run from the pub and back!
This was also the first time we'd tried Blades chicken Tikka, it really is as good if not better than T.A's, if anyone on here hasnt tried it i would recommend them giving this a whirl

Had a go with making Blades chicken tikka!
It was amazing, i'v got to try this again, maybe even tonight!
