That could cause a ruckus if they try to use the word f**k!   :o ;D

I couldn't of put it better myself... ;D ;)
I do think Phil's trying to set us up here! (;-))

Curry Videos / Re: How to Make a Staff Curry
May 17, 2013, 06:08 PM
Actually got mine on the go now, well sort of as I had to make a few variations due to what I've got available.
I only had a long pointed sweet pepper, the first time I've actually used one, don't exactly know what they taste like yet.
No, toms so a Tbs tom puree and seeing I have defrosted some base and don't want to waste it I threw that in as well.
Far from spec but still smells promising. another 15 Min's should do it.... Roll On!

Looks the business Rob,
It has made me want to give this a try maybe today. Is this similar to Ifindforu's Staff curry?
After viewing this post I have been trying to read up on staff curry but after getting to page 3 of 13 of Ifindforu's and the slight adjustments people were making to it my mind just went into overload!

If you do not have the recipe for this yet on here can anyone please tell me if there was a finale outcome to the 13 page IFFU one, or or was the First initial posting of it with the added potato he forgot to metion to begin with what I should go for... IE was it amended to a final dish?

Very ingenious and intriguing indeed!  8)
I intend to try this at some point, I have still to perfect my base's, as yet I am not really consistant with the results so I have nothing to lose... Great idea.  :)

I have been adding a small amount of Gheetas Papaya & Orange Chutney to a few of my dishes lately and I must say it adds a nice bit of zing.
I will probably get tired of it eventually as I tend to go overboard with any new discoveries I make...
Nice stuff though.

I run it though the pc but rarely plug it in. I used to get most of my lessons from youtube IE Justin Sandercoe and Marty Schwartz but now getting my head around a bit of jazz with with a great fella called Freddy M...

Spices / Armchair?
April 12, 2013, 08:42 PM
Now it may be the way I go about things... (mispelling ETC)

I have some mango powder "amchoor" I do believe... (google backs me up on the spelling?)
I was hoping to put it to use in some manner so I put it in to the search bar. Now maybe it is so unusefull that it has never been used by anyone on here but all I seem to get is "Do you mean Armchair"?#

I am fortunate enough to live somewhere that most spices are avaliable to me. How could I make use of this spice please.

Curry Base Chat / Re: Burning Question?
April 10, 2013, 06:42 PM
Yikes!
My initial concern was what I may have done to my mate but going on what other possibilities there may be I just hope he has been a bit worse for wear so I can rule these out.
I was wandering if this was a common complaint from using a double concentate of gravy but alas not!
A case of over indulment I hope (but never happened before?).
Thanks for the info
