I am going to go today to buy fresh Coriander the bunches of coriander are much to big for what i use, so i was thinking can i freeze it. I know fresh Mint if you bag it and freeze it it dries brittle and can be crushed to small pieces, but has anyone done this with coriander.

Another question when growing coriander i saw a gardening program that said you can grow Coriander in a piece of rainwater guttering has anyone done this?

Thank you guys Great site its my indian Cooking Bible, why do people call it Indian Cooking when the majority of "Indian" restaurants, takeaways are Bangladeshi.   ;D Oops thats 3 questions.

I cube chicken and then let it marinade in some of the sauce from CA's base mix in a ziplock bag  ;)  (couple or 8hrs) not longer than 8hrs as chicken breaks up then fry until cubes are cooked through and add to the curry, works well for me.

Does anyone of you experienced chef's add fruit to a base mix eg: apples, pears or would it spoil?

It was just when i worked as a delivery driver in my local Takeaway they were always buying apples but non of the recipes had apples in them, thought it would sweeten the base mix. No Problem thanks again Chef's

There are a few Asian supermarkets near Minah's Restaurant at the end of St Helen's Road in Swansea.

Garudas, also on St Helens Road, is THE best restaurant in Swansea.

I Love the Vicroy of India Deelish.
