Just one point, is the "lamb kemma", in abduls receipe, just boiled lamb mince, or is there other spices etc?, only the kemma peas receipe, just mentions the lamb kemma!

Talking of Rice, i always seem to get slightly sticky basmati?, but the BIRs always seem to come out perfect, how do they do it?
