Chef, while not an Indian dessert - Gelato - is a nice finish to a curry meal. Light , refreshing and palate cleansing!

Thnx. Will give it a go.  The 1/4 cup of "Beaten Curd" ......would this be processed from the panner or what we call "Cottage Cheese" which is curd with some of the Whey?

How about Grapeseed oil?  Has the highest smoke point, neutral taste, healthier than conventional veg oils and relatively inexpensive.
