I am definitely going to try this but one question i have is about the tandoori masala recipe , is there a substitute for dried mint leaves , not sure i can get hold of them here .

Have Ordered books online but they just don't give that BIR taste or appearance.
Just ordered Undercover curry book , hopefully this combined with info from this website will get me that BIR experience , having been here 10 years really miss my night out in the curry House
