I have just realised how much i have took this site for granted. Shame on me.

Mrs moony also has ceoliacs and a curry monster too boot.
For breads i make her something similiar to arabic bread in taste and compliments the currys lovely,it is very simply made with gluten free flour and will send you the recipe over the next couple of days.

Abdul has been very kind in posting his recipes. I for one look forward to his weekly recipe posts.
I dont think Abdul can do anything about it now, but if Admin could break down his recipes and put them in the relevant places, it would be a massive help to regular users and also to the new ones on the BIR bandwagon trail;D
