So because you noticed that some people use the tandoori masala, and Kashmiri masala, you thought you would try Pataks vindaloo. Is this roughly the same?

Theres a difference between sauces and pastes. I would never go near their sauces. Have you tried their pastes as some people use them, along with some takeaways and resaurants apparently, for some reason I still can't understand why they would use Pataks but who am I to say.

Thanks for that advice. Ive been taking it straight out the freezer and putting it straight in the microwave 5 mins its done.
