What happens if we've already voted, and then find a base we like better than the one we voted for?  That hasn't happened to me, but I expect it will when I try Darth's base.

Looks delicious!  Did you happen to taste it before and after adding the pre-cooked paste?  I'm wondering if the paste adds enough flavor to justify the time it takes make?  I think you've said you've tried several of the Patak's pastes.  Does it remind you of any of those?
