I enjoy cooking all sorts of meals but love currys, my bible for many years is an old paperback called An Indian housewife's Recipe Book by Laxmi Khurana. I thought a new approach would be good though, so I've joined your forum, looking forward to learning new recipes.

I grow a lot of veg and my own chillies, onions and garlic, I would add Tomatoes but blight has had the lot again this year, bit of a bugger as I enjoy making chutney so I miss the green ones, can't even buy them unless some knowns different.
