How important is the variety of onion in a base or curry?
What type do members prefer?
Do we know?
Do we assume that our local supermarket buys the same variety week in week out or whats the cheapest that particular week at the wholesalers?
Would it make any difference to the final taste.

Having made some pretty good BIR curries using recipes from cr0. I'm now thinking how good they'll look on some authentic BIR dinner plates.
