Any one here got a Recipe for a good Sag Prawn as it's one of my wife's favorite's, I would love to cook her one and see her face when she tastes it, Thanks in advance Mark.

Hi all just joined up, so i hope to learn a lot off you all so that i can try to beat my wife at cooking the best curries, don't fancy my chances as she's brilliant at it, I keep telling her that she should open up her own Restaurant, she would put a lot of our Restaurants to shame around here in Swansea, Wales.
